Congratulations to Joanna Sleigh for successfully defending her thesis
On January 31st Joanna successfully defended her doctoral thesis which investigate visualising ethical frameworks for health data governance.
Her work was set at the intersection of bioethics, visual communications and learning sciences and employed both empirical (qualitative and quantitative) and theoretical methods.
The research and findings of the work hold relevance to policy makers developing frameworks but also organisations and health practioniners teaching health data ethics or developing onboarding prorgrams.
