A warm welcome to Ms Eirini Petrou!
Eirini holds a PGcert in Qualitative Health Research from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Bioethics from the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine, King’s College London.
Her background is in Sociology, Bioethics and Qualitative Research. Her main interests include personalised medicine ethics, STS, sociology of expectations, organ transplant ethics focusing on living donors, and the impact qualitative health research can have through policy. Currently, she investigates Swiss healthcare providers’ and patients’ attitudes toward using genomic testing for children with rare diseases.
