Exhibition Focus: The Health Data Ethics Map
AI's healthcare advancements, like AI-driven diagnostics, and electronic health records, rely on data. As such, the data quality and ethical sourcing are crucial. By presenting this tool we sought to enhance public understanding of the ethical dimensions associated with health data, to facilitate informed discussions on data governance.
Our presentation of the Health Data Ethics Map:
- Illustrates Stakeholder Relationships: Presented the interconnectedness of researchers, patients, and institutions within the health data ecosystem.
- Explains Ethical Guidelines: Offered a visual representation of the Swiss Personalized Health Network (SPHN) ethical guidelines.
- Provides Practical Context: Demonstrated the application of these guidelines in real-world healthcare scenarios.
